On the agenda: public hearing to discuss an amendment to the animal ordinance that spells out rules for control, confining and leashing of dogs in the town; appointment of a police officer; and settlement of a tax lawsuit brought by Elena Corp. and 97 Lake Ave. Realty Partners LLC.
