Mary Civiello, a former NBC New York news anchor who successfully moved to another career, interviews Darrel Druckman about his experience of holding onto his identity through tough times during the Great Recession Speak-Out, Feb. 12, 2011 at the Reformed Church in Bronxville. The program, geared to those in career transition, focused on the methods, emotions and stories for coping that have been used by people who have lost their jobs or had to modify their work ideas and goals because of the current economic climate.
