The Eastchester Beautification Foundation will announce the recipients of its Yellow Rose Awards at 7 p.m. Nov. 2 during the town board meeting. A reception will be held in the lobby to honor the winners.
The Yellow Rose awards are presented to Eastchester businesses, restaurants, stores and individuals that add beauty to the community through plantings,landscaping, property enhancements, architectural improvements, good property maintenance or exceptional volunteer services to help with planting projects and fund-raising.
There will be 27 awards given: seven “grant” and 20 “classic.”
The ceremony and reception is open to the public.
