Children up through sixth grade are invited to dress up and participate in Eastchester’s annual Ragamuffin Parade, set to begin at 2 p.m. Oct. 30 at Eastchester Middle School on White Plains Road.
In case of bad weather, judging will take place inside the school auditorium.
The parade will move from the school to Eastchester Town Hall.
