Eastchester Middle School violinists Iki Maekawa, Junko Abe and Ishaan Kannan and Violist Stefano Piscitelle, and flautists Jessica Marley and Anna Connell recently participated in the 2012 Westchester All-County Orchestra and Band contest.
They were chosen out of hundreds of musicians in the county. Their achievement represents countless hours of lessons and home practice.
