Scarsdale leaders hosting meeting at library

Scarsdale Mayor Miriam Levitt-Flisser and the Board of Trustees are holding a meeting at 7 p.m. tonight at the Scarsdale Public Library’s Scott Room to discuss the power outages still afflicting about 60 percent of the village.
