The New Choral Society will open its 19th season with a pair of holiday concerts.
The identical concerts will feature Camille Saint-Saëns’ “Christmas Oratorio” and G.F. Händel’s “Messiah, Part I.”
The concerts will feature new and returning soloists, including Katherine Whyte, soprano; Sandra Piques Eddy, mezzo-soprano; Matthew Plenk, tenor; and Jonathan Beyer, baritone.
The first will be at 8 p.m. Nov. 30; the second will be 3 p.m. Dec. 2. Both will be performed at the Hitchcock Presbyterian Church, 6 Greenacres Ave. in Scarsdale.
