Eastchester seeks public input on schools superintendent search

The Eastchester School District has hired a search firm to find a replacement for Superintendent Marilyn C. Terranova, who announced last month that she will retire in summer 2013. School Leadership LLC, a New York area search firm, will help the board of education pick the next superintendent.

The community is invited to a meeting at 7:30 p.m. Dec. 3 in the library of the high school at 65 Stewart Place to discuss the superintendent search. The public is also invited to complete a short online survey which poses questions about experiences and skills the next superintendent should possess.
