Scarsdale resident George Constantin has been honored with the Westchester Jewish Community Services “corporate hero award.”

After a fire destroyed the inventory and location of Kids’ Kloset in downtown White Plains, Constantin donated temporary space so the charity could continue to provide gently used clothing and essentials to needy children.

Constantin is founder and chief executive officer at Heritage Realty Services and Heritage Realty Investment Management.

The Kid’s Kloset program has provide more than 2,000 “bags of love” since it began in September 2011. Kid’s Kloset is seeking donations of cold-weather clothing, especially winter outerwear, as well as boots and sneakers. Contact Kid’s Kloset, at 914-831-7616 or kidskloset@wjcs.com.
