There’s a new source for corned beef coming to Central Avenue.
Ben’s Restaurant and Kosher Deli, the 40 year old restaurant group, has bought the former Spiga Restaurant site in Greenburgh.
Ben’s is a well-known restaurant with locations in Queens, Manhattan, Long Island and Florida. The new location in Westchester will open around late spring early summer, and it will compete with the two Epstein’s kosher deli locations that will surround it on Central Avenue in Yonkers and Greenburgh.

Robert Dalton, managing partner of RMD Realty Associates, represented the Ben’s Restaurant Group and Eric Goldschmidt of Goldschmidt & Associates, represented the seller. The price was not disclosed.
“After a long search for the appropriate space, this site located on Central Park Avenue, in Scarsdale, represented the perfect fit with over 125 linear feet of frontage, the ability to expand the existing building and large lot offering plenty of on-site parking.,” Dalton said. “Furthermore the location offers easy access for its Westchester customer base as well as Connecticut, Rockland County and The Bronx.”
