Drivers heading north on the Bronx River Parkway between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. Feb. 1 are being advised that the right lane will be closed between Harney Road and Crane Road for work on the Crane Road Bridge replacement project. There will also be periodic slowdowns in the southbound direction. The Westchester County Department of Public Works is advising drivers to use alternate routes to avoid delays.
