Scarsdale residents who show up to the Board of Education meeting at Scarsdale High School on March 18 will be serenaded by the high school’s a cappella group For Good Measure at the start of the 8 p.m. meeting, which will include a discussion of the proposed $146.2 million budget for 2013-2014. The school budget vote is May 21.
