Fox Meadow Elementary School pupil Vivian Guo, age 9, and Scarsdale Middle School student Gillian Schneider, age 12, will perform on piano at Carnegie Hall on March 17. The young musicians were among the winners of the first annual Rondo Young Artist Festival, which is hosting the concert in the Weill Recital Hall to showcase performers ages 5 to 18. The youngsters will perform 17 works of classical music on piano, cello, flute and voice. Additional concerts for the winners will be on April 13 at the Liederkranz Foundation in New York and on May 5 at the Greenwich Arts Center in Greenwich, Conn.
