Gennaro (Jerry) Napolitano was the clear winner of the Eastchester Fire District election held yesterday with 1,096 votes over incumbent Keith E. Fennelly with 318 votes and challenger David Levy with 39 votes. Fire commissioners serve for five years. Napolitano’s term, which expires in 2016, begins Jan. 1, 2012.
